£17,500 up to £20,000.
No formal qualifications are required but NASC members would expect the COTS qualification or registration on an apprentice programme as a minimum.
Role: To work under direct supervision of qualified CISRS scaffolder and complete the industry recognised training and competency programmes in order to qualify as a CISRS Scaffolder.
Typical day: Lots of physical work is guaranteed and will involve supporting the scaffolders with any of the responsibilities described above.
Key skills: Should also be physically fit, have good communication skills, be punctual, organised and diligent.
